$600 · Down Town/ Fernwood Apt looking for sublet

I've moved up to Whitehorse for the summer and am looking to sublet my room. The location is great, it's right down town. Close to all the major bus routes (14, 15, 27,28,11) Easy to get to U Vic or Camosun from. The apartment has my current roommate living in it and he does own a dog. She is very sweet and loves people. I'm looking for 600 a month, I'll also pay for the internet which is around 40ish. Other then that you do have to pay for your own hydro, but summer's very cheap usually only around 20ish a month. As stated it's fully furnished, theres a TV in the room too. However you do need your own mattress. I currently have a queen boxspring in it for use.
