Do you know an LMIA (LMO) employer in Victoria?

I am from England and have been in Canada for five years building a new life. I am currently on a Post Grad Work Permit and need to find work with an employer who has LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) so that I can continue to work in Canada after my permit expires, and work towards immigrating here permanently. I have a college education in Canada, excellent current references, excellent English speaking and customer service, eagerness to learn new skills, food service industry and store experience, interest in music and web design, and live in Victoria.
