Shelter: BC SPCA - Victoria Animal ID: 487744 Birthdate: May 17, 2018 - Young Adult Spayed/Neutered: No Female Dashing dingo can't wait to meet you! This sweet little tomboy has had little exposure to the world and is still getting used to things like walking on leash and being near traffic. Despite that she's still full of love to give, darling Dingo can't snuggle enough! Dingo is a little timid when meeting new people but with a treat and soft body language she warms right up! Dingo will need a guardian who is willing to help her explore the world at her own pace and with lots of yummy treats to keep things fun! She would benefit from a home with a yard to familiarize herself with as she adapts to using a leash. When on leash she does try her best to keep up with you but can get spooked by sudden sounds or movements, causing her to attempt to melt into the ground or if particularly scary, bolt. Praise and high value treats will help her build her confidence as well as further her bond with her new guardian. If you want to support Dingo as she gets used to her new life and her new home, come by the Victoria branch from 12-5PM daily or contact us by phone (250 388 7722) or email (victoria@spca.bc.ca)!
