What I am offering: I am offering my services as an experienced IT/Data Center Administrator. I am providing this support to individuals or businesses. I am offering my services to work on you with IT solutions/challenges that you may be facing. I can provide assistance with a wide array of server, storage, and networking equipment. Including configuration, troubleshooting, and support. I can also provide basic end user support. I do not build websites/apps/programs, but I can configure the infrastructure. I can also provide/configure methods to provide remote support/enable remote work for end users. On site access might be required to initially configure support. I do not have any hardware contracts with vendors, so I will be unable to purchase equipment for you. I also do not sell parts or hardware. Although, I am more than willing to go over options to allow you to make the best infrastructure hardware choice. My Background/Qualifications: I currently independently manage multi-million dollars' worth of data center equipment for the government locally, as well as working with a small group of colleagues for equipment all over the west coast. I have been in this position for only about 2 years now with several more years working for private institutions such as Magna International. I hold a certification in ITIL; I can provide complete project planning as well as technical and user documentation. My costs: Depending on the job/your needs we can discuss a commissioned rate or an hourly rate. COVID-19 Measures: New latex or latex equivalent gloves and a face mask will be worn when entering any home or business. I am the sole person providing support, and I work full time job from home.
