We are looking to add a new member to our team at Superior Collision Repairs in Sidney, B.C. This position is a Customer Service Role that also involves work within our Parts Department. This role would be primarily supporting our Estimators and Customers throughout the repair process. We are looking for a dedicated individual who has attention to detail, ability to multi task, has good communication skills, competent computer skills, and enjoys working in a team environment as well as provide outstanding customer service to our loyal customers. Sales Experience would be an asset. This positon is responsible for assisting with the ordering of parts, communication between vendors, estimators and customers. As well as, on the administration side; posting of all Invoices with accuracy and attention to detail, including returning and shipping of parts not required and follow up with Vendors. Monday - Friday, 8-5, benefits offered (after 3 month waiting period.) Experience is a benefit, training is provided and there is opportunity for growth and advancement.
