About The Position: The Customer Service Advisor works as a member of the client services team to support/promote the awareness all agency programs and initiatives. In addition, they work closely with the quality assurance and employment services teams to ensure all client data entry and tracking meet funder requirements and standards. The Advisor also ensures that all clients have access to high quality services, in the same way, regardless of where and how services are accessed. This float position performs general reception tasks and supports the regular Customer Service Specialist and Resource Centre Specialist as required. Credentials/Requirements: A minimum two (2) years' experience providing customer service and resolving issues in-person/virtual service environment; A minimum two (2) years' experience working with individuals with complex barriers/broad range of cultural background Proficient in relevant operational software required to perform duties (ICM, MS Office Suite, Active Agenda); or relevant industry related post-secondary certificate or diploma; Preference will be given to applicants with relevant and industry related post-secondary certificate or diploma; and Current Criminal Record Check.
