Customer Experience Representative

Customer Experience Representative Days and Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 1:30pm Who we are: We are a family run niche graphic design business. We mainly design custom coins, park maps and interpretive signs and geocaching products. Due to the volume of incoming enquiries, we need to add a staff member who will assist us respond to custom graphic design enquiries on all our channels. This person will also assist with the ecommerce look and feel of our sales websites, product photography, social media marketing and SEO. Duties: * Respond to custom production enquiries and customer service emails with a relaxed yet professional communication style. * Liaise with our suppliers to obtain pricing for custom projects. * Assist with ecommerce activities including photography and graphics * Assist with SEO * Assist with social media marketing
