$400 · Custom-Built Treehouse

Custom built kid's treehouse/playhouse built about 6 years ago, still in good shape. It is a freestanding structure, not actually in a tree. Has a deck, an indoor space, a slide & a ladder. Dimensions are 8'10" long x 7'3" wide x 10'10" tall at the front peak (roof slopes downwards towards the back). Lots of fun, but it's time for our family to pass it on. Buyer will have to disassemble but I can help if needed. PS: the image of the front is crooked, it's just the way I took the picture, I can confirm that the unit sits level.
