Qualifications: * Knowledge of Educational Program planning and delivery * Certified Hair Designer employed a minimum of 4 years in the industry * Advance training in Hair Design * Good communicator both verbal and written * Highly organized * Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others * Passionate about the profession and raising the bar in our industry * Goal-oriented * Creative * Interest in being a part of a collaborative team * Previous teaching experience considered an asset Job Responsibilities: * Hours of work may vary in the initial training stage - Academy Instructional Hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 * Responsible for assisting in the coordination of the Academy's Hair Design program * Provide guidance and coaching when required * Attend required staff meetings * Organize and conduct classroom and on-floor activities in a well-organized manner reflecting the professional image of the Academy * Invent fun ways to promote sales and treatment goals to excite staff and students We offer a fun, fantastic environment in an innovative and industry-leading company that has over 50 years of experience.
