REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY IN VICTORIA BC Construction Labourers - 2 Positions Experienced Excavator Operator - 1 Position Salary Range: $18 to $23 per hour Who we are: Canadian Sewage Solutions Inc. - we design, install, maintain and inspect onsite sewage (septic) systems. Our team members have superior technical knowledge and they take pride in delivering terrific customer service. We have a great team who believes in hard work, innovation and collaboration. Our work is primarily in the Victoria area but we also work all over Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Why work for us: We need a smart trouble shooter, problem solver with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will learn how to install onsite sewage systems. This includes every kind and type; gravity, pressure and drip systems. You will be mentored to inspect, maintain and solve problems related to septic systems. You will work under our ROWP installer expert where you'll gain experience that will give you the opportunity to become a Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner (ROWP). You will: Be reliable and always on time for work. Be capable of working independently. Always use safe work practices as this is mandatory. Work effectively in a team environment. Exercise good judgment and common sense. Provide great customer service and conduct yourself in a professional manner. Have good interpersonal and oral communication skills. Be capable of learning through on the job training. Have the ability to read and understand written instructions and communications. You have: Some construction experience It would be an asset if you have installed perimeter drains, sewage systems or irrigation systems. Understanding of safety, shop work practices and use of hand and power tools. Valid Driver's License with a clean drivers-abstract a must.. We offer: Permanent Full-time. $18 - $23 / hour Benefits after probationary period. Initially monthly reviews will be conducted to adjust pay.
