Job Type: Part-time - event-based hours A concession Stand Lead is the "Controller" of each stand. Two of the most important pieces of your role will be the setting up for an event and ensuring FIFO of product; we have provided several tools to help you succeed. We will also provide guidance throughout the season to ensure you can manage a stand, supervise people, work as a team and provide helpful leadership. You will be part of a leadership team that supports and encourages each other - every Stand Lead has different experiences and skills that they bring; learn from one another and help make the whole team amazing. This role is very dynamic and therefore fulfilling but requires some experience, maturity, and confidence.
