 Log In needed Building Maintenance worker

We are seeking a Full-Time/Part-Time Building Maintenance Worker in Langford, BC. This position is to take care of a large apartment building complex
The successful candidate should have 2 - 3 years of related experience in the following:
- excellent maintenance skills
- knowledge of drywall, minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- painting- janitorial duties- apartment cleaning- lawn and garden care and underground sprinkler maintenance.
- good public relation skills and self-motivated are a must
- Knowledge of boilers and hot water tanks
- General work order skills
Applicants must have a clean criminal record and clean driving abstract.
