Building Caretaker/Custodial Position – Available immediately!

Equitex Realty Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Building Caretaker to aid in the maintenance and upkeep of a 44-residence 55+ building located in the beautiful South Oak Bay. Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Maintain order and appearance of common areas. -Daily security checks and walkthrough of the building. -Perform prompt minor repairs and preventative maintenance included, but not limited to, changing lightbulbs, door repairs, re-fastening walkway rails, etc. -Perform outside landscaping including, but not limited to; sweeping and blowing leaves from sidewalks and interior walkways, removal of any garbage throughout property, salt and shovel sidewalks and interior walkways. -Maintain on-site office area, ensuring daily supplies are stocked. -Perform and record monthly testing and inspections as directed. -Other duties as assigned.
