Brand new, in the original sealed package. Commercial grade work surfaces with melamine finish that "resist scratches, stains and burns". I have two of them. $100 for one, $180 for two. I do not need so tough work surfaces that resist scratches, stains and burns. I prefer a nice looking pure wood desk top. So the two original desk tops are still sealed their original package from Costco. Paid $700+ per desk, and have the receipts.
