The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in creating a rewarding customer experience while focusing on accounts receivables and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Qualities We Look For Our star candidates will also have the following qualities: -Driven, self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills -Comfortable explaining complex and sensitive payment issues by phone and email -Empathetic and quickly able to build rapport with others -Teamplayer as well as independently accountable -Excellent communication and people skills Responsibilities -Answer and respond to all various types of billing inquiries (phone, email) -Ensure customers are charged appropriately -Review and audit accounts -Ensure excellence in service with the ability to solve conflicts -Monitor and manage account subscriptions -Answers customer inquiries over phone and email -Audit customer accounts as appropriate -Ensure billing notifications are sent out in a timely and accurate manner as per company standards -Other related duties as assigned by Accounting Manager Requirements -Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) -1-3 years experience working in an office setting -1-3 years experience in customer facing roles -1-3 years experience working with accounting software & technology How to Apply All interested applicants are welcome to apply via our website https://www.checkfront.com/careers
