I am subletting my room this summer from May 1st till September 1st. You would be living with two other wonderful gals who are both students in their early 20's, extremely clean and tidy people, and are looking for similar characteristics in a roommate. The sweet is located in the upper level of the house, is extremely sunny, and is in a great location located right beside Cedar Hill Golf course, a 2 minute walk from the 25 bus going to downtown and Mackenzie. Very close to hillside, mayfair and uptown malls and is a 10 minute drive to UVIC and downtown. The room and shared living area is $675 /month with hydro not included.
