This is the ultimate kitchen machine! Bosch is well known as the "gold standard" in high performance, top quality kitchen machines. This one works perfectly and is amazing for bread making and many other applications. It is 3+ machines in one....a stand mixer with one of the most powerful motors on the market, a blender, and a food processor. The attachments alone sell for over $400 now. This is an older machine, but works fantastically (we treated ourselves to a brand new stainless steel one this Christmas, and would never buy anything other than a Bosch after many years of faithful service). Many additional attachments are available (pasta maker, meat grinder and others). Replacement parts are readily available, if ever required - with a dealer in the Cowichan Valley. This machine is truly a joy to use, easy to clean, much lighter weight to handle and much more powerful than most other brands of stand mixers available.
