The tides are very dramatic going out a long long way which makes the sand on the beach heat up from the summer sun creating a perfect spot for swimming when the tide is on it's way back in. - Kye Bay is a beautiful ocean paradise with plenty to explore. The cabin is bright and cheery and is fully equipped with a queen bed in the bedroom, and a full bath/shower. The living room has a queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils pots & pans. It has high speed wifi, an Apple iPhone dock for music in the living room and a Bose speaker system in the bedroom that can run off your phone or laptop. It has a wood burning stove if the nights surprisingly get cool, and all the rooms have electric baseboard heaters as well. It's the perfect spot to unwind. There is a farm fresh produce market about 3.7 kms away located on one of the country roads, where you can purchase vegetables that are freshly picked and delivered from the fields throughout the day. Along with farm fresh eggs, fresh cut flowers - it's the best place to shop for produce in the Valley. If you're interested in doing some exploring or other adventures, there is fantastic mountain biking in two locations: Cumberland & Mtn Washington. If you want to try out kite surfing or wind surfing, Goose Spit gets some amazing winds. There's also an Airforce Museum that you can explore, or you just might want to explore one of the quant local towns, like Cumberland, with it's many cottage brewery's and small cafes with great food
