Admin/Accounting Assistant

Are you looking for a full-time, permanent position? We're looking for someone to join our team as an Admin/Accounting Assistant. Work experience with Sage is an asset and strong attention to detail is a must. This role includes but is not limited to: Answering phones, creating new accounts, filing, sanitizing workspaces, accounts payable and accounts receivables. Good communication skills and a pleasant personality are a must. You will have a good understanding of GAAP and working experience with Office Excel and Word. Be open to learning new software as the company improves its processes.
