Campus Auto Group has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable position. This is a very important position which manages, maintains and handles all incoming invoices to the Campus Auto Group, ensuring they are properly accounted for and paid on time. Practical understanding of basic accounting is essential. Attention to detail and problem solving will be critical skills utilized on a daily basis. Applicants who are comfortable working with PBS dealership software will have an advantage. Applicants must be personable, able to deal with deadlines effectively, manage their priorities and willing to work within a great team atmosphere. General Responsibilities: *Collect, post and pay various trade invoices *Assist with posting various entries during the month *Identify and follow up on invoice discrepancies *Perform various monthly statement reconciliations *Other duties as required Desired Skills and Experience: *Basic Accounting or data entry experience is an asset *Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail *Ability to analyze situations and problem solve *Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel *Previous experience with PBS dealer management software is considered an asset but not required *Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills *Previous experience working independently and as part of a team *Proven organizational, planning and time management skills *Ability to maintain confidentiality Please forward your resume and cover letter to the attention of: Jessica Urkosky or Janel Kelly.
