My dad bought this wonderful pajama bag for my mom around 1947 from a high end import shop on Goverment Street. She saw it in the shop window, fell in love with it, told her sister about it...she told my dad he had better get it for her. My mom made her bed every morning and the pajama bag was always placed at the foot of the bed...she was 24 when he gave it to her and she was 92 when she gave itm to me. He is in great condition considering how old he is...his glass eyes are long gone as my big sister apparently pulled them off around 1951 or 52 when she was a baby. He I think is a Pug...has been very loved but needs a new home, I am hoping a collector will find him out. I have done a bit of research and I know they are hand made...you will not find another the same. Made of Mohair, I am pretty sure was made in England. lining is a peachy pink color satin in perfect condition. He is very special.
