ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR LANGFORD LAW FIRM I am looking for an administrative assistant to work in my small firm in Langford. Great office environment in a newly renovated office space on Goldstream Ave. This role is multi-faceted - you will be acting as reception, office admin and possibly legal assistant work. It is a tight-knit office, so we are looking for the right fit. Requirements: * natural and friendly with people * solid computer skills * super organized * Good at prioritizing * Can work independently * Experience working in a professional office environment * Professional * Trustworthy Assets: * experience working in a law firm * experience managing corporate records * experience dealing with estates Location: Langford Hours: Full time (or can be slightly reduced if you want) Compensation: * hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications * free parking * extended health benefits are not available at this time but could consider a health spending account or alternative Job Start Date: Beginning of July 2019 (Switching jobs in summer is tricky so I may be willing to honour scheduled summer holidays for the right applicant) Apply by May 24 with a cover letter and resume.
