I have a cozy cottage located on a 5 acre parcel at the top of the Malahat (15 mins from Langford & Millbay, 1/2 hr to Victoria & Duncan). Located very near Spectacle Lake Provincial Park. Can be available July 1st or August 1st - looking for the long quiet, friendly, long term tenant(s), year to year lease. Open concept living room and kitchen, large windows in every room with sliding door to (glass enclosed) room off the kitchen....could be used as dining room...most of the year. One bedroom is double sized the other regular. Large jetted soaker tub with granite tile surround and floors in bathroom, laminate floors throughout the rest of the home. Cottage can be heated with cozy wood stove and/or electric baseboard heat. No smoking indoors, pets will be considered. Rent is $1900 for one, $2000 for two, hydro, wi-fi, crystal clear mountain water, recycling and parking for two vehicles are included. Shared laundry on-site. The driveway is long and rough can be a problem in the winter....a 4x4 is recommended but not absolutely necessary.
