$150 · 75" Samsung Smart LED TV (problem listed below)

This TV is just over 5 years old. It was $4000 new from McKay's. It had worked flawlessly until the 5 year warranty was up then a small shadow appeared half way across the top of the TV. It wasn't really noticeable at first, it just looked the weather was getting bad off in the distance when I was watching golf. Slowly the strip got wider until the whole top was affected. I contacted a repair place downtown and they knew what it was (top row of LED'S) and quoted me $500 for the repair. We decided against the repair but we don't want to trash the TV all together. We thought maybe a gamer would like the set and might get used to the shadow on top like we did. Anyway, the price is right if you want this monster in your man cave. Series 6 Model 6300 240 Clear Motion Rate Smart Hub (Netflix etc.) Dual Core Screen Mirroring Not gone by this weekend (21st) it will be recycled on Monday.
