I’m a 22 year old female UVIC student looking for a female roommate who is clean, quiet and respectful to move in anytime between April 6th-15th.   2 bedroom 1 full bath shared No pets allowed and no smoking indoors.   The rent includes all utilities minus internet (currently no internet, need to buy a package probably $30-40)   Washer and dryer included shared with one other apartment with one tenant.   The room isn’t furnished but the furniture in the pictures in the main areas will be included. Photos of room would be yours It’s not luxurious but it does the job!! The room is huge. Decent sized closet, room for any sized bed. Tv dressers. Etc.   Great location, 30 min walk to downtown. Cross the bay or johnson street bridge.   Save on foods 10 min walk away as well as a goodlife fitness and the galloping goose trail is 5 min away.   Bus stop right outside or there is on street parking if you have a car Email for any questions I'll be happy to answer!
