25 ft Layton lite travel trailer

Selling our cozy little camper for 7,600 OBO. Yes it looks lived on because it's been our home for almost a year now, by choice! The camper is location on beautiful west saanich road. Stove,heat,hot water tank, lights, power all in working order. 2 Brand new batteries purchased 6 months ago. 2 new 30 lbs propane tanks came with our purchase. It was also painted and redesigned by previous owners. Ample storage! .-Under bed storage. Couch turns into a bed. Cute Tiny bathtub!! Will sell with AC window unit. Wheels have somewhat decent tread left From us it has only been moved from parksville to Langford to where it is now. CONS- Will be sold as is. It has been tarped since December because we believe the drive from parksville damaged the roof a bit just in a couple areas and we noticed some slight water damage come in. We ran a dehumidifier constantly in the areas as soon as we noticed and have always used it since then. We believe it's an easy fix for the right handy person. (Can show pics as requested. ) Silverware drawer was never in sturdy shape and needs a quick repair. You Will need a new toilet as we replaced ours with a compost toilet. I'm an artist so I ended up doing some paintings on walls and doors so you might want to paint over. We cut a hole in the front of the bed base because we have pets and thought they would like to sleep and hide in there. Other than that this camper has been a gem to us and we hope we can find the right people to give it the same love we have!
