$950 We are a bed and breakfast in Esquimalt and have two possible rentals to quiet responsible individuals over the winter months. Available Oct. 1, 2019 - May 1, 2020. We are close to the #25 and #15 bus routes. We have 2 options. Suite 1 is a large fully furnished room with balcony and with a partial kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven and induction cooker). Suite 2 is a furnished two room suite (bedroom and sitting room) also with partial kitchenette, including a countertop dishwasher and a separate entrance. Rent includes heat, hydro and WIFI.
