The pendulum is missing.  We do not know if that is all it needs.  It might be just this simple repair, but since we don't know anything about clocks, it's just being sold as is.  

It has an amazingly beautiful chime.

We have the original keys and hands, as shown in the 5th photo.

Hour Strike, Time Train, and Quarter Chime trains are wound by these three holes (left to right). The winding holes should all be wound at the same time, once a week. Just wind them untill they stop. Over winding isn't really a problem (unless you wind it so hard you break the spring).

Lowering the lever to the right side of the movement silences the chimes (prevents the hammers from rising). The lever used to hold hammers down was usually meant to keep the hammers bouncing around during transport.
