Wage starts at $17/hr, plus bonuses, and can increase depending on experience level and ability. *No experience necessary if you're willing to learn *Room for advancement We are seeking installers for Attics, Crawlspaces, and New Construction; as well as Spray Foam Helpers. Alpine Insulation Ltd. is Vancouver Island's only full service contract insulation company with 40+ staff and employees. Our company was formed in 1979 and have a diverse, mature and experienced crew. We pride ourselves on service and quality workmanship and focus on higher-end residential projects, woodframe multi-family unit, high rises/towers and commercial projects. We pay hourly and offer all employees 40 hours of work a week and overtime if they want it. We are large enough and have enough work on the go that there is always another project to go to if you finish your work early. Unlike many other construction jobs that are piece work, we provide certainty and training for new workers looking to learn and advance. We have what we believe is a diligent safety and training program. Refusing unsafe work is an obligation for our employees - not a right or choice. Insulation is one of the fastest growing sectors in the construction industry with power prices and demand driving innovation and regulation - which in turn will drive growth in our field. We feel that we support our employees far beyond a regular employer/employee relationship. We marshal at our yard every morning and provide transportation to and from the job unless workers make alternative arrangements.
