Hello there 👋 I am looking for a long term new roommate to share a 2 bedroom downtown appartement. Move in date of April 15th or May 1st. I am mindful of the planet and try to live a minimum waste life style and would appreciate if you are on the same page. You like cocktails, music, laughing and patio-sun hangout? This place is for you. You like chill vibes and meditation, you found your safe space! I enjoy having people over and my friends are always welcome here, so will yours (obviously). However with COVID, the bubble has been drastically reduced until restrictions are lifted and I will expect the same from you. It is important, I think, to keep the communication open and make decisions about the place and living space together. ABOUT THE SPACE: Lots of natural light in the apartment. Both the living room and your bedroom are facing west. It's a renovated apartment with full kitchen appliances, dishwasher and in-suite laundry. Bedroom comes with 3 shelves and a closet. The living room is partially furnished. You are welcome to add your furniture. I currently have a couh and chair in the living space. $985/month is the rent, all utilities included. The appartement is exactly a 10min walk to the Johnson bridge and there is an aboundant supply of coffee shops in the neighbourhood. Save on food is about 7min walk.
