Fast paced and friendly multidisciplinary healthcare clinic is looking to fill 2 Reception / MOA positions with our incredible team for September 2019: 1 -a Full-time Maternity leave temporary position of 12 - 18 months with possibility to extend into a permanent full- time position. Position is for 30 - 40 hours per week (Must be available early mornings, some evenings and some Saturdays) 2 - a Part-time evening and weekend receptionist ( shifts will be 4/4:30pm -8:30/9pm and Saturdays 8 - 3) The successful candidate must: - have excellent communication skills, written and verbal - the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a high level of accuracy - be a team player and contribute to our office culture in a positive manner - have computer and organizational skills -Experience with JaneApp, Direct Billing would be beneficial, but not essential Some duties include: - supporting effective communication between other admin staff and practitioners - answering and directing a high volume of phone calls - scheduling patient appointments, over the phone and in person - collecting and processing payments - photocopying scanning faxing of confidential documents - providing excellent and supportive client service - general light cleaning duties and laundry A competitive wage is negotiable based on experience.
