$14,500 · 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD Elite

This is my second TL, I love the car but I am changing to an SUV which is more suitable for my lifestyle these days. I am the second owner    of this vehicle with no major accidents only some minor cosmetic repairs from previous owner. Car was purchased in Victoria and has stayed here, I have a copy of the Carfax available. The car is the fully loaded AWD Elite package and is in very good condition with low kilometres, nothing wrong mechanically. Regularly maintained at the dealership until 100K km since then through my mechanic. Body is in excellent condition, one minor chip in the windshield which was filled a year ago and has not spread, there is also some minor wear on the drivers seat leather. All features and display are functional and has an amazing stereo system. The timing belt has not been changed; under guidance from my mechanic, his suggestion is to complete at 160K km for a cost of $1100 or $700 for the kit if someone wants to do themselves. He completed a thorough inspection a month ago and found no signs of any of the typical issues which would signal a problem with it. I understand the suggested maintenance from Acura is to complete the timing belt at 100K so I’m willing to negotiate around this to be fair.
