The Yakima Landing Pad #13 fits Subaru Outbacks 2010-2013 and retails for $190CAD. It allows for installation of non-factory x-bars to replace the factory bars or install larger ones to fit more gear. These used landing pads come with all original hardware, covers, and mounting instructions and includes both the M6 and M8 fasteners. They're in great shape and are rare and hard to find if you're an owner of an Outback from these years.
