Set up this tent with 3 children under 9 yrs old in 20minutes (our first time) on a typical raised wooden camping pad at Ruckle in Salt Spring Island. A total breeze. Rated for 56+km/h wind and rain. Double zippered fly cover. 10minute setup. Fits 2 queen size beds. We had more than ample room for us four in the tent. Water tight, seams in good condition. All pegs and tent poles in the bag. Tent sells for $250 without tax at the local stores. Four chairs included. These were a total bonus to have on our trip and sturdy and in good shape. Rip free and comfy. Ventura and Outbound brands.
