Yepp handlebar bike seat. Kids loved this, I loved it too. Bought new it's been used for two kids. Hockey tape on the hand bar as my littlest was a chewer. Neck attachments for two bikes. This wont fit most mountain bikes - it is limited to fairly narrow stems. Best fits onto a beach cruiser or something similar. Super easy to take on and off. Bring your bike over and you can do a test fit.
