Mattress and boxspring are in very good condition. Mattress was covered from the day one. Super clean mattress. I can help with delivery for extra 45, but you will need to unload it by yourself. I am sorry, I do not carry it into your property. Metal frame is extra 30, but you can use this set without metal frame as mattress and box spring are high. Smoke free house. Clean, healthy household.
