This is the Ikea Espevar bed frame in size 'Full'. It has got one damaged leg that does not want to tighten any longer. One solution is to purchase new ones from Ikea. The DIY fix would be to get wood glue/epoxy to re-seat the 'screwdowel' (made that term up) that goes into the leg, so that it can be tightened again.
