Hand made quilt from the late 1950s or early 60s

My great aunt from Quebec hand made this quilt for my childhood bed (double/full). Every inch of it's generous size is hand stitched. All the dress and bonnet trim is had crocheted. It is an absolute work of art and a testament to true skill of days past. Unfortunately my mother washed it regularly by machine so it's condition has seen better days (see close-up photos). It could be repaired of course. I have no idea of it's worth dollar-wise. It measures 72" x 90". Make me an offer...
