ADVANTAGES This global insurance company in Victoria offers you: • Competitive Salary ($44K-$66K based on experience) • Work from home position • Monday to Friday work schedule • Career advancement • On-going training opportunities through every stage of your career • Comprehensive benefits package from day one • Registered pension plan after one year • Employee stock purchase plans • Tuition reimbursement related to your career development RESPONSIBILITIES As a Claims Adjuster your responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Evaluate multi-line claims focused on property claims (commercial and personal lines) • Negotiating settlements following provincial licensing requirements • Maintain adequate production level • Build strong relationships with customers QUALIFICATIONS As a Claims Adjuster your qualifications include, but not limited to: • Minimum of 4 years functional and technical claims handling experience in an insurance capacity • Licensed or working towards CIP designation • Experience in road adjusting including the investigation and detailed reporting of property, casualty, and liability claims • Working knowledge of Xactimate and XactAnalysis is a must • Adept computer and reporting skills including Office 365 • Excellent customer service skills • Team player and adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment
