THE SELF STORAGE PLACE Public Auction – 8 Seized Units April 05, 06, 2024 Storage Unit Viewing: Friday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM The Self Storage Place will be holding a Silent Auction for 6 seized units Saturday, April 06th, 2024. After viewing each unit from the doorway only, the bid sheet is completed by the bidder and handed in to the office. Winners will be notified after 1:00 PM Saturday and make arrangements to pay the accepted bid same day. Those that did not win will also be contacted. Bidders may still obtain a bid sheet in the office on Saturday morning and be shown the units with a member of staff as escort. Viewing of the units will take place between the hours of 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Friday & 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Saturday. Winning bid payments may be made in the form of Cash, Interac, Visa or MasterCard. The successful bidders on a unit, may keep it rent free until Monday April 08th, 2024, after which they must pay for the units rent for the remainder of the time it takes to empty the locker.
