The well executed painting is in very nice condition and has been tastefully framed by the artist, as noted on the back. The frame measuring 18.75 inches in height x 22.75 inches in width, does have some minor scratches / chips, consistent with age. Signed in the lower right hand corner and titled ‘Forgotten Farm’ by the Quebec born, Victoria BC artist Alan Mark Cross.
