$350 · Window Air Conditioner

I have a window mount air conditioner that I only used for the hot spell A couple years ago. It's 12,000 BTU of cooling and has different modes of operation. I'm in the heat pump business and these are better quality than you'll get in any retail store. It has an Eco mode which is power saving. It also comes with its own remote. It blows really cold. It will cool a space 700 to 800 square ft. I also have another just like it that is brand new still in the box. Used one $350. New one for $450. (These are 24" wide.
