The space is about 600 square feet with full kitchen and its own in suite laundry. Room to park one vehicle on the street. Does not come with any use of the yard (outside spaces). Entrance to the suite is around the back of the house and down about 5 stairs. Looking for single occupancy only. Prefer quiet working professional or student. Owners live on the main floor and are quiet full time working professionals that are respectful and expect the same. Would like to have it rented before January 1st.
