I live in a massive 2 bedroom apartment with 2 floors - both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs, the kitchen, a living room and a large deck are downstairs. Looking for someone to move in to the empty bedroom. I dont have people over and appreciate privacy and quiet at home. Half the rent is 875 and half the hydro is relative to how much hydro you use.
