$897 · 1 bedroom lease takeover

Lease take over for my cute and cozy 1 bedroom in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath house. Rent is $897 + utilities (wifi, hydro, municipal), and includes a parking spot. The house is near Uptown/ Swan Lake on a quiet street. Room will be open Jan 1 2026 but could do Jan 15th or Feb 1st start date if needed Lease ends July 31/2026 and you would be able to stay on for another term if you choose to. We have 1 side of a 2-story duplex with our own fenced in backyard with yard furniture and garden beds. There is also a locked bike shed. There's lots of extra storage spaces in the house as well. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house will be! Some of the furniture/decor will change as I'll be taking some of the current stuff with me.
