I am a small business owner with a new hire who needs somewhere to live in greater Victoria if she is to take the job (she will move here from the Fraser Valley). She is a single, non-smoking mature professional, no pets, very quiet, who is hoping for a newer condo/apartment in greater Victoria, preferably Sidney or the Peninsula, for a Long Term Rental. I've known her for many years, and she is an exemplary tenant. With a background in interior design, your unit will look better than when she moves in.
