Avid Gardener ISO of long term rental suite

Hello, I am looking for a quiet, well-maintained 1-2 bedroom, unfurnished, long-term, rental home in Victoria for myself and my senior cat. Ideal move-in date September 1st, 15th or October 1st, 2024 but I am flexible for the right place as I am looking for something long-term. 1-2 bedroom with full bath (shower and tub) With a private outdoor patio and garden as I am an avid/professional gardener and I have my own plants that I would like to transplant and create a garden with as well as take care of any existing garden that comes with the rental. Close to a beach! No basement suites please In-suite laundry Non smoking, non-partying, no drugs etc I am financially stable, a professional gardener/landscaper for over 24 years and I also work from home online as a Certified Healthcare professional. I am very quiet (however, I do play the piano) and respectful. I do not smoke, drink, party or anything of the like. I have one senior (14 years) neutered outdoor/indoor cat (mostly indoor except for walks on a leash) I am currently living in the Cowichan Valley with my daughter who is graduating in June from high school on Saltspring Island and we have been in our current rental for 2.5 years. My daughter is going to UVic in the Fall so I am relocating to Victoria as well to be near her and also to enjoy the wonderful city of Victoria, which I love! My daughter will not be living with me, however. I am looking for a suite just for myself. Previous to that, we lived in Gibsons and rented a house for 6.5 years and had a wonderful relationship with our landlord there. I'm happy to provide excellent references including my current and previous landlords, gardening clients, neighbours and contacts on Vancouver Island. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you!
