Conveniently located near Uptown, Swan Lake and on major corridor to Uvic, Ferries or Up Island. Central location but tucked away for privacy across from a nature sanctuary. Available from July 1, 2024 - we have a furnished bedroom available for rent in our family home. All utilities and internet are included. Use of shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, yard and garage for storage included. Quiet home - loud children at times; but in general we do not host parties or loud events. I run a spiritual business from my home, so we try to cultivate and practice a peaceful, safe, tranquil. Appreciate a boarder who practices similar values and behaviours. We are homebodies but active and outdoorsy as well! We have cats - so wouldn't be able to accept other pets. Suitable for one person, female preferred. About the home and family: We are an all female family, ages range from 8 yrs old to 63 yrs old. I am a single mother with two daughters (8 and 18) and their grandmother lives in our suite. We are an active family but also enjoy quiet time at home in between school, work and activities. Our home is across from a nature sanctuary and our home is our sanctuary. We value peace, quiet, nature, connection, family time and sunshine. Close to trails and walking distance to Uptown mall and bus stops. ($1,800). I will only collect the deposit and rent if you are the successful applicant and will provide you with a copy of the rental agreement. I will not accept any e-transfers or otherwise to hold your interest - Only the successful applicant can e-transfer.
