The living space is a well-maintained, winterized, skirted, deluxe, 36-foot 5th wheel, down a private driveway, on a large, heavenly acreage, within earshot of a creek. Internet access is available, and there is a brand new back-up generator for the exclusive use of the unit. There are two other small dwellings, each with one caring, considerate tenant to share the adventures of rural living with. Compatibility with their lives requires calm, respectful enjoyment of the natural beauty of the land. Long-term tenancy is sought by the owners, and they are offering 3-month, renewable leases, pending development of harmonious relationships for all concerned. Rental references & employment confirmation are required. Agreements that separate internet, hydro, propane, and off-site laundry costs are the tenant’s additional responsibilities are required within the lease agreement. Tenant purchase of RV contents insurance is required to insure the owners’ peace of mind. The monthly rental rate is set at $1400/ month.
