Hello, I'm looking for 1 roommate to join me in my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. The rent is $1100/month + 50% utilities (electricity and internet) and is available from the start of January to the end of April or August (4-8 months). This has the possibility of being extended. Renting includes your own personal bedroom and bathroom, and 2 closets (1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom). The two of us would share in-suite laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, common area, common area closets, and a patio/deck. Ample street parking is available in the area. The bedroom and bathroom come unfurnished with the option to use a pullout sofa bed if you don't have your own. There is space to add furnishings in the common areas, though it is already fully livable as is. The building itself was constructed in 2014 and is equipped with an elevator and a bike locker room. The suite is well-finished and south-facing, so it receives a lot of sun! It is within walking distance of several grocery stores, cafes, uptown, and Mayfair Mall. For travel, the building is 3 blocks away from the highway and within walking distance to transit options.
